Refund requests made within 48 hours of attending the first session may be eligible for a full refund. After the second session, refunds are calculated on a prorated basis minus an administrative fee. Refund requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Regular attendance is encouraged for optimal learning. Missed sessions cannot be made up unless alternative arrangements are agreed in advance. We are not obligated to provide additional instruction for missed sessions.
